💰 How to Buy Crypto on PayPal

PayPal lets you buy small amounts of crypto easily, though withdrawals are limited to specific networks.

1. Log in to PayPal​

Go to PayPal.com or open the app.

2. Access the Crypto Section​

  1. Tap Finances (or “Crypto” on mobile).
  2. Choose the coin you want (BTC, ETH, LTC, or BCH).
  3. Tap Buy and confirm your amount.

⚠️ PayPal may hold new crypto purchases temporarily for security reasons.

3. Send to Your Own Wallet​

  1. Open the crypto you purchased.
  2. Tap Transfers → Send → Send to external wallet.
  3. Paste your wallet address (must match network).
  4. Confirm and approve the network fee.

🚫 PayPal currently supports withdrawals for BTC, ETH, BCH, and LTC only.
For stablecoins or Solana-based tokens, use another exchange like Coinbase or Kraken.
